  1. Can you please look into stopping people from abusing this function. I've gone into many games and earned my keep and been kicked from the game, just as there's a handful of enemies left, on wave 25, or just as i'm about to collect the chest upon completion. It's actually infuriating, and lots of people are doing it, and some are even kicking people as soon as they join a match. There's a solo mode and friends only option, if you don't want anyone joining. I've joined early on, or mid game in survival matches, and pulled my weight, saving many folk from doom, only to be booted before wave 25 ends or before I get the chest, yet these people happily accept the help, for several rounds. It's not an internet problem, as it happens to others too, and far too often on the last wave, so no coincidence there. In this case, the game should recognise that people have participated for several rounds and should be immune from kicking after completing a set number. If they haven't been kicked after 3-5 rounds, then the host obviously has no problem with the player. You can also disable the kick function until at least 30 seconds after a wave has finished, and completely disable it after wave 25 has started, along with all other functions that will remove a player on round 25, again, until at least 30 seconds after the round has ended, solving the problem. I'm absolutely fed up of doing survival, only to be kicked just as the wave is ending, or immediately after it has ended, as i'm heading to the chest. People abusing the function need to be punished IMO and banned for a few hours, a treatment they truly earn when they regularly boot people on the last wave, without good cause and purely to infuriate others out of spite.
  2. I understand that cross save we will need to pick one save file to overwrite the other, but as it takes longer for cross save to go through the approval process, my Xbox save is getting closer to catching/passing my PC save (playing more on console due to getting it for my family). The issue is that my PC save has all the Kickstarter rewards. Anyone know if I will be able to pick my Xbox save and reclaim the Kickstarter rewards or if I will have to pick my PC save to keep the rewards?
  3. Dear Friends We have spent so many hours in Dungeon Defenders with my family (4 players local coop), that we have sentiment for this game. Dungeon Defender II wasn't so good in our opinon. So we're waiting for Dungeon Defenders: Awakened. We have got some questions: 1. Xbox Series X version will be released 17.03.2021. Will it work: a) 4K@60 b) Dynamic 4K@60 c) 4K@30 d) Dynamic 4K@30 e) 1080p@60 2. We realize that there is no 4 players local coop at PC version at the moment, but will XSX version include this mode on 17.03.2021? 4 players local coop mode is the most important and it's something that creates Dungeon Defenders the best game in it's category. We don't imagine Dungeon Defenders without 4 players local coop mode. Thank you in advance for your reply and great support. Sincerely
  4. Hi all, I have still trouble getting trophies even though I played nightmare on all maps... This bug is old sadly, I hope I'm not the only one with this problem...
  5. I think there is a big problem regarding the frame rates in dda. I did not notice at first since i was playing levels without too many monsters, but as i further proscessed through out the game i got a large framerate drop when i was playing nightmare and massacre. I have a really high end pc with rtx 2080 and a ryzen 5 2600x. When i start a round i go down from 200 fps to 20-30 and sometimes lower. I think it ruins some of the fun since i can barely move. I have heard the problem comes from the game being too cpu based, but i am not sure. I have not really spoken about this to other people in the game so i am hoping to get some response here about your opinions.
  6. Hi everyone, I've played DD1 and DD2 for a VERY long time, and I was very active in this community a long time ago too, especially during the DD2 alpha times. Some of the older veterans among you guys might recognize my username (changed my avatar though). I've played over 500 hours of DD1 and over 1.2k hours of DD2, so you can say that I'm very much a big fan of the franchise. I left a long time ago and stopped following any news on the franchise. You can imagine my surprise when I came across Dungeon Defenders Awakened recently. So to all of you guys, I have to ask if this game is worth in the current state? I know it said released, but knowing the franchise and the devs the content is probably ongoing and missing quite a lot of stuff. Here are a couple questions: 1) What's different from DD1? What's new, and what has been removed? 2) What's the current state of the game? What's available, what are the near update plans, and what are the long term plans? 3) Bugs, there are usually a lot of those at the beginning of a release. How is this version? 4) Would you recommend it? 5) Does it support Widescreen? My monitor is 3440x1440 and I was wondering if it switches to 16:9 or if it supports 21:9. 6) Since it has technically launched and is out of early access, will all progression be kept? Or is it possible that there's a wipe? Also, if there are still any devs from the old days that are active here and remember me, cheers! Cheers!
