  8. Hello, Please perform a clean install of Visual C++ Redistrubutable package by following steps below: 1. Open up Control Panel 2. Go to Programs/ Uninstall a program 3. On the installed software list, find Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 4. Restart your PC 5. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632 and download the installation package 6. Install the downloaded package 7. Restart your PC 8.   12. Hi [[92671,users]], Please follow these steps below, in order to re-download the game: Close/Quit the Steam client completely. (Make sure no Steam.exe are running via Task Manager) Navigate to your Steam folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam) and delete all folders except these 3 folders / files: -SteamApps (Do not delete) -userdata (Do not delete) -Steam.exe (Do not delete) Open Steam with Steam.exe, it will re-download all the necessary files again.
