  1. well we have to get 50 pet affection levels, but really you would do that anyway and you have a whole month for that to do. And probably you still need affection levels after that and you get 14 DELICIOUS CANDY STICKS WITH LOVE! which are i heard 8 affection levels each? thats a whopping 112 pet affection levels, there you go almost 2 maxed pets! for "Free". I call worth :)

  3. well the second monthly sword pet required 75 pet affection levels so, its been harder :P still a pain in the ass ofcourse
  4. i have seen the bug in all stages of the harbinger map, i got it pretty often seems to occur random
  5. yes i totally agree with you, and i think the biggest reason people use traps & frost = because mage & huntress are used as dps, while going into higher tiers of nightmare, especially nm4. so thats most likely the gear that will be dominating their early lategame game ( frost & traps ) also it works ofcourse. People should try more things.
  6. Yes, but the blockade boom wasn't doing nearly this much in past patches. This is a totally new exploit that wasn't there prior. im pretty sure because the harbinger overkills the barricades which exceeds their own hp limit, the blockade boom sphere will still deal 25% of damage taken in each "boom" which is alot if this is the case, cause in the last stage the harbinger is designed to blow up everything in its surroundings so it must do alot of damage. and with the pet ability it will also deal alot more. Just my theory, works as intended tho happens to be good against harbinger this way :D. I actually did some digging and noticed that both sandstorm and poison tips aren't working as intended. You theory is nice and all, but it's not the real reason. Somehow both those pet abilities got borked up and are behaving badly. Ie: poison tips is now also boosting defenses when it shouldn't. yeah, indeed just a theory. For poison tips its boosting 50% of the damage, this counts for surrounding defenses when activated at that location ( not global ) and your hero and allies. I dont know if its intended for towers cause the pet ability only states allies and not defenses. I dont know if it used to work for only heroes tho. I still don't know how sandstorm works exactly but i heard like 2x multiplier or something. Also the description is questionable of many abilities and their scaling.
  7. Like I said, it's a waste of time having to rebuild everything when all 3 lanes reset resistances. I already spent time building, why should I have to rebuild it? And Also, not everyone has the time when playing in groups to wait for just the right person to show up. And, again, for solo players you can't bring a cannon & fire towers while bring a serenity monk + waller + dpser. That's 5 heroes. Don't tell me it would make the game too easy because Halllo.....DU Limits. btw the topic is about the lanes resistances in general. so now you're complaining about lane reset? which only happens in gates in the 5th wave ( there are more maps to be done ). And yes i admit it is very annoying the lanes reset and its totally tedious. And also now you bring up the hero deck which is also off topic and my opinion is a party should complement each other cause you could have 16 different builds in total if you wanted, which is very rarely in a public game ofcourse. there is definetely a problem there, with matchmaking, hero deck or solo play. Still doesnt change a thing that you can build any lane and any resistance that shows up in everyway possible. For your case you just need to find the right people to build with you, try to make some friends to do runs and have fun, saves you alot of trouble. Of course I'll talk about the reset! Because it makes resistance system look bad! Because it is a waste of time! Not just tedious, But a Waste of time! The Hero Deck is not off-topic because the resistance system limits you in solo play! You cannot turn a fire tower into a physical damage dealer! You cannot turn a cannon into a magic damage dealer! Unlike the explosive Traps in trap meta of trap/frosties. Lets be real, traps don't care about resistances, while towers get a slap in the face with it around! Lastly, I'm not going to waste 10-50minutes for people to show up. I have friends to play DD2 with, but I'm not talking about my personal problems, I never said it was an issue for me but as a broader subject. I have friends who have this issue, and I am sure within the community it is a real problem for a lot of players, both not playing anymore and currently playing. So its a problem not every tower can do hybrid damage? or the removal of lane resistances would fix the issue with building variety? I think both are not needed for team play and will result the same. either you can build your towers everywhere or you can build your towers everywhere. cause they will always deal the right damage or just true damage if all neutral lanes. But maybe for solo play removing all resistances can be a little easier not having to worry about it. But still hero deck limits you in solo play that way so thats a different issue. Btw i wouldnt want a cannon to do magic damage and a fire tower to do physical damage thats just the tower specs that makes them usefull on those lanes and since there are always phys & magic resist lanes you can always use them. Its not a limitation in my eyes, you can still build em, just not on every lane. I think balancing underusable towers & maybe some slight changes to the hero deck would solve more than just removing resistances. I hope you and your friends can enjoy building more in future patches, i respect your opinion in the current state of the game.

  9. sometimes gold just dissappears off the ground is this as intended or is there an amount of gold that can be on the ground and you have to pick it up while fighting all the time? Cause it doesn't work well with ranged characters and quadruple builds cause you need to walk around all the time to pick everything up just incase it dissappears. quiet annoying if you ask me.

  12. I dont get this post, you just change till you get the right resistance lane? If you cant handle mixed lanes you either can't build right or doesnt have good enough gear. Almost everything is possible just not all builds are easier to farm or are easy to get. I have a feeling everyone isnt trying build new *** or build in another way and just hang on to traps and frosties cause it just works. People look shocked when you build flamethrowers, PDT as walls, Mage walls ( more common now ) or balloons, full cannon towers or harpoons is still a pain in the ass tho NM4 & Beyond. BUT, its possible and works good. People just tend to use the easiest stuff around. I think lane resistance isn't bad at all, it just changes things where you build em. And all neutral lanes would be boring and could disturb the variety of builds also, cause you will pick the strongest and easiest option as usual.
  13. now OP? just because of the burnrate haha they were never underpowered or something, with crit damage higher than its burn damage they deal huge amounts of damage with most likely 40-50% crit chance. The burnrate is just a little gift :)
  14. I like the pdt's since they came out, having 309k hp t1 at the moment :), they have hybrid damage magic & phys + aoe & are fun to use as walls :D! people are just too afraid to use it and just go back to old walls if it even fails 1 time.
  15. guys the scourge pet has in my opinion a decent spot among the pet abilities. the thing is dragolich takes a high standard, and i think nothing should be compared to that pet, the ability still outscales so much other abilities if its not the best in the game at the moment.
