About Azurean

  1. They want you to often switch heroes, why would they punish you for doing so ?
  2. I don't remember how it worked in DD1, but if I build some towers with an Apprentice with high tower power, but switch to a Squire with ability power instead for the round, the towers won't have any bonus power ?
  3. All of these solutions severely limit your options in terms of building. Instead of half a dozen interesting spots per lane to place your defenses, you now have one at best just because of these enemies. Can't they just be removed to improve variety ?
  4. Exactly, on nightmare mode, an end-game feature specially designed for hardcore players. Not on the first levels with normal difficulty, that will drive away many new players - who, heaven forbids, might not have spent 500 hours on DD1. So let's just kill goblins and orcs that act so obviously that are zero fun until we hit end-game? It's progression mate, at one point there will be a rise in the challenge, if you can't win think it through find out why, it's definitely for some reason :) Right now, the reason is that I can't be asked to level a ranger to put explosive traps where the harp

  6. Once you've won a map, it takes forever to start another one. When you've selected the "leave" option, why is there a 30s timer before returning to tavern ? Maybe it's useful for multi-player, but I play solo and it doesn't have any reason to be. Also, the stone chest turning into a loot chest has an overly long animation and should be skippable.
  7. Hello, I've been playing only single-player and my characters are level 8, so my experience is limited. That being said, I think enemy units who can outrange your turrets (harpoons, dragons...) should be kept for multi-player only, as they're impossible to manage when you're alone on huge maps like Forgotten Ruins. On a separate matter, the kamikaze units should have a reduced explosion radius, as you need to put your offensive towers 10 meters behind walls to protect them, making them useless and working against the principle of a wall tower.
  8. I don't think there is a survival mode yet, but I hope it gets implemented soon - grinding on 5-wave maps is really tedious, and building a full tier-3 arsenal against a giant army is a lot more satisfying to play than fighting 3 goblins with pea shooters.
  9. The topic was about right arrow on keyboard, not controller (except the last message, but it was about something else).
  10. Oh, I didn't notice that. Well, it's not as convenient, but it will do I guess. Anyway, thanks for the reply.
  11. In Dungeon Defenders 1, you could let any unwanted loot on the map at the end of a fight, and it would be sold automatically. That's very convenient. Then why isn't it in DD2 !? You have to pick every single item - even though you know it's lower stats - and sell them in the forge. That's pointless and tedious. Please convert any equipment left on the field into gold automatically.
  12. Same for me, I can't assign right arrow to right strafe - or to anything.
  13. Hello, I just started DD2 and I tried to configure my key binding, but the game doesn't recognize right arrow so I can't strafe right (I'm on a laptop by the way). How can I fix that ? In a related note, when will controller support be released ?
