  7. I honestly do not see the "problem" with early gear having little effect on your overall stats. Gameplay-wise it is not a problem. It's just mainly a motivation thing while finding gear. Other than relic/weapon there is just not to be happy about when finding an item. This is absolutely not a gamebreaking issue but it is a fact that gear just feels very weak at the low levels. On the flip side.... starting new characters is much less of an issue when they're in the potato stage (all browns/greys/black empty spaces) if the gear for that level means a lot less, it makes it much easier to
  8. yea, the accumulated charge type seems a bit too much like a platformer or arcade game rather than the grand 3ps/strategy hybrid the franchise is known for. A gradually refilling bar would still require resource management and only allow for a set maximum distance covered in X seconds, which might be easier to balance against wave/build timers if/when we get hardcore and higher difficulties.
  9. We really need a default and possibly limited [stamina bar or something] sprint mechanic, or possibly just a slightly faster movement speed in build phase at the least, but the stamina bar could be fun if it was upgradeable via spec points or something.
  10. 842-2051 per tick in tavern on dummies for auras with 807 def power, and 636 def speed brings a t5 aura down to 0.43s/tick, the epic and up gear with hefty and complimentary bonuses definately does help, there's quite a drastic difference in item bonus scaling going from high greens to mid blues, and/or low myth. edit: with t5 boost aura for the 842-2051 number. 532-1297 without boost, not quite sure how much def power affects the boost aura value, but with the values above, the boost aura starts at 1.48x and goes to 1.58. here's hoping mob elemental immunities are a ways away ;o
