I'm not going to get into the specifics of our plans with the Carnival, except to say that it was a test bed of sorts, and we will continue to tweak it in the future.   7. Hi [[47724,users]], sorry for any frustration this may have caused! This black screen issue you're experiencing is known, and we are working hard to get this bug squashed. We haven't discussed whether or not gems will get refunded, but as soon as this gets fixed and the gem issue finalized, we'll let everyone know.

  9. Bug Fixes Fixed an issue where players could not properly feed their pets. Fixed an issue where the Carnival Map was consuming Daily Win bonuses. Fixed a tooltip issue with the Popcorn Machine buff. Fixed a mesh issue with the Squire’s Carnival costume. Changed a text issue with the Carnival Ogre Boss’s HP Bar. Fixed an NPC lighting issue. Fixed a collision issue in the Heroes Marketplace. Fixed a debug text issue at the Enchantress. Known Issues Some players are reporting a black screen in the Tavern. We think we have a memory leak somewhere and are looking into it. Defense icons on the Minimap are blinking when they shouldn’t be blinking. Stop blinking! Why won’t you stop blinking? *cries* The "A" button on the Controller is not properly interacting with objects. Enemy icons on the minimap are not using the proper colors. The Harbinger’s death touch has infected the water in Nimbus Reach, turning it black as night. Drink up! In the Forgotten Ruins, the Harbinger’s infection is so bad the water is just flat out gone.

  11. Hi everyone, thank you for posting. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused! I've been seeing a lot of these instances of Prize Wheel items disappearing from inventories. Would you mind filling out a bug report form for us? It would be super helpful. I'll make sure to flag it for the QA team. Thanks again for the feedback!

Have you tried: Updating your graphics drivers?Confirming your cache integrity?Un-installing then reinstalling?If you've tried all of that and you're still experiencing the problem, would you mind filling out a bug report for us, and including your screenshot? Have you: Updated your graphics drivers?Confirmed your Steam cache integrity?Tried to uninstall, then re-install?If you've tried all of these things and you're still having a problem, can I get you to put it in a bug report for us? It would be extremely helfpful. Thanks!

  15. I'm very sorry about this! Please fill out a bug report for us, you and your friends! Please be as detailed as possible, and include screenshots if you can. We're looking to jump on as many bugs as we can in the Carnival.
  16. Try ending the DunDefGame process, then restarting. If this doesn't work, the only option we have is to have you fill out a bug report while we check out the issue.

  20. Thanks for the heads up [[47724,users]] and [[20409,users]]! [[47724,users]], if you exit the Steam client and restart, does it give you a"game is already running" cue? If so, go to your task manager and stop the DunDefGame.exe process. [[20409,users]], would you mind filling out a bug report for us? We're trying hard to jump on any bugs in the Dragonfall Carnival.
