can you fix me changing mouse sensitivity to not drop down to 1 fps ? :D

There is a concept that no one has used that always crosses my mind between being near end game you got the best gear but what about and not in the words of the game "unique drops that only drops once ever" why hasnt games implemented that yet its simple to make whouldnt take to much production time overall not a lot of cost nor resources yet no one has done that... That baffles me...
