  3. Hello Defenders, Trendy needs your help solving a bug! We've been trying to track down an issue where, sometimes, not all items in the inventory will load, usually when going into the Heroes Marketplace. Most of the time, loading into a different map will fix the items not loading, but we’re not giving up trying to solve it. Here’s what you can do to help us. If you run into this issue, please stop what you are doing, and go to the following directory in your steam folder. For most people, it will be in the folder below: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dungeon Defenders2\DunDef2\UDKGame\Logs Next, reply to this forum post with a copy of your launch.log file attached. We’ve added a ton of logging to help us track this one down, but this bug is extremely difficult to reproduce. All it could take is 1 person to send us their logs to fix this issue.   4. Hey Captain Alejo! So we've done a bit of investigation here to see what was causing this to occur. We have found that there is a few hour window, where purchasing a gem well will not award it to you on that day, but will start it the following day. Fortunately, I can confirm that this bug will just delayed your start time by a day, and you will be receiving all of your gems as long as you keep logging in.
  5. We recently added a much more extensive tutorial that may have affected the initial options that you get upon loading onto the main menu for the first time. Once you hit Start Campaign, the game should automatically send you to where you need to be. Please let us know if this is not the case.
  6. We are aware that some (not all) of the firing solutions for apprentice and huntress was re-rolled and have a fix coming soon. In the meantime, I recommend that you hang onto all your bows and staves that you've been saving.
  7. We've got a fix queued up for our next release on Tuesday. Thanks for reporting it.
