I'm having the same issue. I got to play my Legacy heroes and when I get to the lobby my Play heroes are there. Are my Legacy heroes gone??

How do you change it to full screen if you can't see anything? I'm having the same black screen issue and last played on fullscreen windowed mode.

It was part of the winter/christmas update. It's the Nymph of Yesteryear costume.
