My friend is having problems, whenever he launches the game, it just crashes. No error messages, nothing, it just closes. He's tried disabling firewalls, lowering settings, starting in windowed mode, updating his graphics card, reinstalling, changing his locale setting to the UK and vertifying the integrity of the cache.
