  1. Just wanted to say I'm so damn proud of the Trendy team. You NAILED this expansion. Trading, player choice, new power -- as a player on the sidelines, this is exactly the kind of update I've wanted to see. The number of features you squeezed into this one update is mind-boggling. Seriously, what black magic did you invoke to do ALL of this at once?! IT'S MADNESS, I TELL YOU. I can't wait to see where this bold new era takes us. Keep up the great work. <3
  2. I'll miss you, too! May the power of the Gobus live forever.
  3. Greetings Defenders, A few months ago, we welcomed Alec “Lawlta” Saare into the Trendy family as our community coordinator. You may have seen more of his beautiful, bearded visage and less of my pre-pubescent mug over the past weeks. There’s a reason for that: Today is my last day at Trendy, which means Alec is your new community manager! I hope you’ll treat him well as he dons the community gauntlet and assumes direct control. (We use the Power Glove system here. It’s very advanced.) I’ve enjoyed every minute of working with these professional goofballs, and it’s with a heavy heart I’m moving on. But the future of Dungeon Defenders II is bright. In fact, the team is working on new modes and features that are on my personal wishlist. The first details of these changes are starting to trickle out, and I can’t wait to login and experience them with you as a fan! Speaking of fans, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many of you over the past six years. The creativity, generosity and passion of the Dungeon Defenders community is inspiring, and I can’t wait to see what weird-ass videos, art and memes you’ll make next. Don’t let your memes be dreams. Feel free to follow me on Twitter (@iamisom) if you want to stay in touch or play games together! Love, iamisom
  4. We're working on our revamped Onslaught mode. The current ETA for this mode is by the end of this year. This is our endgame mode, and we're deep in the iteration phase of the mode. Once things are finalized, we'll be able to share details. My current guess for when we'll be able to share those details is in October. The big picture of the Onslaught revamp is an infinite (or near infinite) difficulty and reward mode -- something that should satisfy the needs of our hardcore players who ask, "What's beyond C7 to keep me interested?" We're also working on a few extra features and changes that are based on the feedback we've received from the community. We'll be able to talk about those when we share details on the revamped Onslaught. Your feedback does not got unnoticed. We have weekly discussions with the design team specifically about your feedback, which has led to the numerous balance changes, feature tweaks and bug fixes you see in our patches. I apologize for the lack of transparency. Our team is hunkered down working on these awesome changes. Once the community team has the go-ahead, it's going to be detail-a-palooza around here. Much love, Isom
  5. With the new Cosmetics UI coming in 1.1, you'll be able to see all purchasable items. Even better -- you'll see a 3D preview of every Tower Skin!
  6. I've seen a few reports of this. Could you make a video showing us exactly what you're seeing? That would be incredibly helpful!
  7. This exactly. It's on our list of things to do, but our current priority is endgame content. The pet rework is tentatively scheduled to come thereafter.
  8. If literally any of that is true, it's a bug. This patch just updated some backend server stuff to reduce the likelihood of infinite loading screens.
  9. Good news! Matchmaking and the Party system are a big focus for the next major update! Most of these concerns should be fixed in the update. More news soon!
  10. An "All Legendary Chest" event sounds wicked. +1
  11. Just wanted to say that I'm really digging the feedback in this thread, and I've sent it to the design team. I really love the constructive and civil discussion, too. Much appreciated!
