  1. maybe if it was hero dmg, dont we already have 2 that do ability dmg, haunting and raven?

Because most people don't want someone leeching off their lobby, me personally i kick people who join a c7 game that aren't atleast slightly chaos 6 geared, no reason for someone to be in a chaos 7 game that cant get actual chaos 7 drops and take the place of someone else who actually wants to get drops.
  3. Both C1 and C7 are both twice as rewarding so thats an unlikely reason. The main reason people are leeching C7 is becuase they can, and its more evident because more players are playing both C1 and C7 because of the bonus :) except the c1 players are joining c7 games because of the 9mil exp in c7 games compared to the exp bonus from c1 from the double exp weekend, and the occasional few slow ones that think they will get c7 gear just because they joined a c7 lobby. More players results in more leechers, its that simple. C1 players get double XP in C1 and double XP in C7 the incentive to leech C7 is no higher then it normally is outside of a bonus XP weekend. Thats how maths works :D I think you would have a point if the bonus scaled with difficulty, so on C1 it was 10% bonus XP and C7 was 200% bonus, then sure players would be incentivesed to leech. As it stands you are relying on the premise that every player sees this weekend bonus as a golden ticket to ascension levels via leeching C7, I just don't see that seeing as C1-C6 all give double XP too. reread where it says "c1 players are joining c7 games because of the 9mil exp in c7 games compared to the exp bonus from c1" Chaos 7 gives 9mil exp with double exp event Chaos 1 gives 1.7mil exp with double exp event Judging by your post count i would have assumed you played the game enough to understand different chaos tiers give different exp but i guess I was wrong thinking you played the game before. have a good day

  6. enemies die before they get near the walls so i've never seen it yet, and when they get close the time it takes to turn them, they are dead before it finishes. Can only assume the people who like it are either not at the end of c7 gear wise, or they like it for the extra health on it. The speed on it needs to be alot faster than it currently is.
  7. yep been a fan of both Flame auras from back when they were Lightning Auras, nd always wanted to get Lightning Strike auras going. I am happily and easily farming C7 with FA's and LSA's, squire blockades and SGT's. Its a legit build now, though I think one might need to consider some slows if under geared and attempting C7 for the first time. Proton beams with frosty node are probably the best slow/CC tower in the game right now for C7, though I don't use them myself they are amazing. They are one of very few CC's that work on Bererker Orcs too. proton beams also deal amazing dmg if placed correctly in lanes, mine are hitting around 1.5m at 2 upgrades at 0.44s

  9. I would just like the option to kick people if i made the lobby, tired of people who join c7 games that dont belong in that chaos tier and people who want to just sit afk. Cant votekick when theres more than 1 person who doesnt belong in that chaos tier and know they will be kicked next.
  10. except the slow is removed once they are set on fire, very small trigger area and unless placed infront of a wall (at this point in c7 anyone who builds, builds so they die before that happens) they are a one time hit while a lightning aura (comparing it to LA since around the same dmg,cost and slow is negated by most builds) at the same DU cost can cover this area (yes the range i have on it is overkill), hit faster, and only does 1m less dmg at full upgrades compared to the oil geyser with the same setup, i would love the geyser if the slow didn't get removed when they are set onfire
  11. except now Lightning auras are faster than geysers and have a bigger trigger area while at the same DU, it honestly feels like a downgraded monk. If the oil geyser didn't remove the slow when enemies are set on fire from flame aura or atleast the duration halved i wouldn't atleast feel like i wasted money :\

Monks flame aura outdoes lavamancers fissure in speed and damage with same ascension point setup, relic and shards Maw while its double the health of a squire wall it costs twice as much Oil Geyser is useless with any c7 build as flame auras remove the slow from the oil And the volcano is only useful if you're running low level content after hitting c7 Feel like i wasted money getting the lavamancer :\
  13. from my experience from day 1 of early access, trendy knows nothing about balancing, its either make something easy or make it terrible, make something op/perfectly fine the way it is then nerf it to the ground until its unusable
  14. you have to click on your default squire outfit then scroll through the individual pieces
  15. I use a nuke monk build, ever since midway through early access the huntress just seemed to be dealing less and less dmg each update
