  1. my suggestions v4: a) is this thread old? update 4 was just released? I think calling them "the phoenix" update and such makes it harder to understand which update is current and whatnot. b) please allow mana crystals floating around in-waves to pass through walls and objects. started playing recently with my son, and they get stuck in the walls and towers. re-positioning the hero doesn't always work, and it would be a nice QOL thing if they didn't get stuck anyway. c) how about, instead of items deleting themselves as the floor cap is reached in the middle of a wave, have them get "st
  2. on Deeper Well, lots of Orcs and Archers standing a hair too far away don't get hit by bouncer blockades.

  4. yes a flat out "ban" kills the fun of having a game. you're suppose to be able to use your characters.
  5. oh god, yes please. along with: a) which lane the monster spawned from, and b) where the monster was at when the ranged/melee attack was issued.
  6. i kinda like this, execpt "never" should only be for the period of one game.
  7. I'm sorry? Why would you do this? on a sticky thread is says one idea/suggestion per thread. you have at least 2, this makes it harder on the devs to figure out if people like or dislike the first or second idea. even though i doubt they take anything we say seriously those are the rules and they are there to keep the forum easy ish to read
  8. please read before posting, lucky for you i'm not a mod because i would just delete this thread immediatly
  9. please stay on topic and make no mention of hiding towers or anything else.... suggestion: make a toggle button on the keyboard to "hide" all loot in the middle of a game. this cleans the map up and makes it easier to see, and can just be toggled to show the items again. aside from developer time this has no drawbags, and at the end of a victory the hide should be automatically turned off. if you support this idea, don't forget to "like"
  10. i don't agree with the OP, i do agree with you. please search whether a thread suggesting the ability to "hide" dropped items has already been made...if it has, like it, if it hasn't make a detailed one with examples and clarity and then like it
  11. I think the OP is mostly right, execpt the ban should be temporary (like for the length of 1 game) also the ban is tied only to that game, if the people who kicked the player start a new game 5 minutes later then the ban is removed
  12. will the DDDK let me possibly fix things like 1) increase in game character limits for chat? 2) make items that fall behind a door or enemy spawn area still reachable by the player on old and current maps? 3) keep items from falling off the map when a flying creature dies? if yes to any of those questions as a patch for all the maps then yea i'm gonna have a look. the last two are what really grate my nerves, and 4) what about not being able to place aura's on purple area's...i think it's not fair to the player. Basically yes to all that. The dev kit allows you to modify the game as you se
  13. https://www.dungeondefenders.com/2/topic/19717/dungeon-defenders-development-kit-basic-overview[[4148,hashtags]] there were alot of links provided in this thread and they all lead no-where, specifically the reply all the way on the bottom
  14. i think you should add this link to the OP https://www.dungeondefenders.com/2/topic/19717/dungeon-defenders-development-kit-basic-overview
  15. also, i'm looking at this could you make a tutorial explaining what all of the above do? like when is it appropiate to use the TC area vs the Map MOd Cooking, vs the Steam Workshop Item area. or what is cooking? which one would i use if i wanted to change a game mechanic like being able to place monk aura's over a spawn area, or have the ability to make monk to monk slow aura's over lap so you don't have to take your gear off. or what if i wanted to mod the games UI or the tavern, is the UI in the TC or is the Tavern a TC?
