  1. Can someone explain to me why tower speed and range were removed because of "balance" when these two stats were completely OK until stupid decisions after eternia shards 1 onwards made them OP?
  2. lmao your first mistake was playing a huntress. There was no time in DD2 or DD1 when she was viable apart from a short time during Eternia shards part2 and 3 mistmyre forest + that sand map where gas traps were OP for a while. Just reroll your char and move on trendy will never make that char viable. Just play squire+monk all day erry day. Even now you can find parties where they kick any huntress instantly cuz shes super useless.

Also the whole "poison" concept doesnt work because: the range is too small to apply enough stacks to do any real damage, so meanwhile the enemies are already near the tower and it gets destroyed. And if you try to place it so the lane creeps cant reach it so it can safely apply damage, it will get destroyed by some ranged stuff or flying stuff. And the range angles arent helping either in a non-lane placement. In my opinion, this tower is completely useless. The range angles look like its supposed to be a straight lane tower (its like 15-20 degrees horizontal angle range?), but it just dies in that scenario.

  5. Is this based on some industry research or something? Because everyone hates these things in every game. Noone likes daily quests in wow etc. Everyone is frustrated by this. The hourly thing... wtf?? Why unique weapon drops once an hour when you can keep everyone playing nonstop with RANDOM drops ?? Everyone loved random drops in DD1, why change it to some static predefined loot everyone with enough time will eventually get... Sorry, by hourly, I meant that there were things that you could spend all day farming. I didn't mean to imply that there was some hourly cap on unique weapon drops or that they only dropped every hour. Farming for weapons, armor and relics is exactly like farming loot in DD1. You pick a map and pray to the RNG gods. Not when the unique drop is better than all the random drops...no point in farming then. Thats my problem.

  7. I dont think fixing something that needs a complete rework is a good idea. It still looks like a flash application from 2003. BTW pages system is way better than scrolling through the bags. Would be awesome if I could click through the bags to the right and left, bag menu vertical->horizontal and goes to the top.
  8. how is that "unanticipated"? Thats what 99% of the playerbase (except the devs it seems) thinks what the bag is for - let the items rot there and let them auto-sell. Thing like this make me not believe in the development of this game. Solutions to suggestions? Like for real? Just fix it. Or if you want a workaround simply add 1 damn input box where we can set how long before the items get auto-deleted or just auto-delete them every time a new game is started from the tavern so it serves only its purpose - catch items you missed from your last game. Would be also interested in how is this "a long way off" from a programming perspective, seems like the easiest thing to fix unless its implemented really crappy.
  9. I remember id DD1 most of the achievements would pop retro-actively automatically. Doesnt happen here even with the most obvious ones like level up a char. My only complain, love them otherwise .
  10. She is still pretty much useless as a tower builder and as a DPS as well. Waste of a hero slot, you´ll never need her. DPS needs attack speed stat, multi-projectiles etc only noticeable buff is fot the explosive trap, but its *** because of the upkeep. You have 2 choices with the explosive trap: low charges, high damage OR high charges, small damage. I dont want to run around the map to repair every trap 10 times / round. And there is no HP+damage+speed gear. And without speed its ***. water - good for leveling, no need for it later poison dart, blaze balloon - lets not kid ourselves here, they are still a total waste of DU and MANA edit: and btw even the explosive is still useless even though its better now. Those very big creeps got stuck in one of my games directly on my trap. There were so many of them...well...it took it like 3 minutes to kill them. Harpoon can kill them in less than 2 seconds. ANd the most important part: I wasted like 150 mana to keep it up by repairing!!! It was exploding pretty fast, a lot of tower damage and it still was useless and needed me there not to run of of charges!!! WASTE OF DU AND MANA!!

  12. Well, how about you could toggle it for each / all traps instead of hard-setting it. SOmetimes you want them to go off separately, sometimes chain reaction is preferable And about the stats...I think most people would like a lot more randomness just like in DD1. The search for the ultimate RNG drop was what kept me playing.

  15. ok its just that there already is that castle picture for it, doesnt seem that temporary to me, and if it stays with that castle picture I dont think many ppl will understand the map progression.
