I have competed all maps for campaign and few with mix mode hardcore rifted at massacre difficulty and the button in the tavern to scale difficulty will not go above hard. I made sure I had all maps on massacre completed before double checking it but still does not scale above hard. I am not sure if this is a bug or something I have not done right. All my characters are level 105 and have unlocked ancient dragon bonus difficulty. Anyone else had this issue?

I somehow accidentally equipped a fused laser sword onto the summoner and now it is just showing on the character. It is in the middle of the character asset. I was trying to sell it and accidentally equipped it onto the summoner.
