For my daily quest, it says I need to do the Little Horn Valley incursion I believe that's the Bling King, I've done it twice and it's not giving it to me.

I tried getting on today and got an error code saying I couldn't join because our regions were different, then it kept saying error 9009, changed our regions to match and now I try and when she says yes, the screen looks like it is going to work, then flickers and goes back to just her on the screen.
