Well how do I get in contact with anyone because I made a ban appeal and it’s been a couple of weeks and I have got no response

So I got banned on DD but it wasn't my fault as my account has taken over by someone else while I was on vacation and I have appealed my ban on the chromatic games website and it says they will respond in 72 hours but it has been a week without a response someone help please
