  1. I agree here, its not the colours that need changing. Imo its a balance between the increase from 4.5-5 and all other tiers. Also, instead of having like 3 (3 bars) with different coulors make every tier and own % of the bean. So we actually get 4.5 and 3.5 and 2.5 and so on. Colours can stay the same.

  3. So, with this update came a lot of confusion. Here are my questions When you press the alt-key and you see green numbers (for example: 10000-34567), what do you actually see, cause it can't be the hard cap for that kind of gear since if differs from piece to piece. What is the optimal shard composition dps wise? At this point i am running rate, destruction and vamp. Does the mod drops favour the your dps hero? Does gear that you advance keep its roll? So, if i took a max roll mythical and advanced it to legendary, would it have max roll for a legendary relic? Please keep it clean and answer these questions only, don't change subject and start ranting about the update :)

  7. Trading would not solve the main issue though, if Trendy does it before adding something like the token system I will be disappointed. In a way you are making the game more pay to win. If you use gems to get new Heros and Hero cards etc you will be able to buy more shards for defender medals.
  8. Yup, that is the main point of this, I really hope Trendy adds something like this, otherwise all my progression in floors are useless since i need to grind all the way back up if i want to keep pushing.
  9. As you all know, Trendo are developing some new content. They might already have a plan to solve issues with bad gating in onslaught but in the off chance that they haven't, here is my suggestion: First of all, your current highest floor will be unlocked once you unlock floor 55 after a reset. This means that you can hop onto floor 150 (if that is your highest floor) as soon as you get done with c7. Additionally, you will no longer have to reach floor 65 to reset. Instead the critirea will be to do 10 floors above floor 54. So yes, you can, if you want do floor 55 10 times and reset. This means that, you can push floors while resetting, as you can just jump to your highest floor and do 10 floors and then reset again. But, the main change is that you will be able to play with random people as long as they are doing floors above 54 and still gain progres towards your reset. This way many more players will be able to play together without having to cordinate everything beforehand. Example: I reset at floor 135, now i want to speed reset. If I want i can just to floor 136-146 and then reset. (Min ascension will be gained since im doing new floors above 65). But, i can also find random people in the war table that are doing floor 54+ and still gain progress to my reset. So, I play with Jonny on monday, we do floors 62-69 (8 floors). On Tuesday I do floors 132 and 133 with Cryo (2 floors). 2+8=10 so i can now reset. Not sure if this change will be too time consuming to imlement but i sure think its worth it.
  10. Good idea, something like this needs to be added or people will quit because of bad luck. But honestly, 50 maps is too much, I'd say 30. The reasoning here is that the game needs to be less of a grind. 50 maps is already a lot, statistically you should get the shard you want every 33 (i think there are like 30 shards per chaos tier) shard drops.

  13. I recommend you watch Exglint's streams on twitch. He has pushed to floor 120+ without using dryad. However i don't recommend not using dryad if you are looking for speed resets. Since theoretically you have to set up every other defense in the game to make it work which cost a lot of gold after a reset but also requires a lot of shards.
  14. I'm guessing that all of that will follow. After all, any balancing will have to be done after the rework. An onslaught 3 map fix however has no excuse to be delayed. Trendy, i really hope for your sakes that you are working on it. It will get a boat load of players playing again. Otherwise they will quit and (most likely) not return for a long time.
  15. This has been suggested countless times, but Trendy screw up elsewhere so they never reach the point of doing minor QoL stuff.
  16. ShardsSo, this one is really a no-brainier. Most DD2 streamers say that your defenses are most important when playing. You can easily afk all chaos tiers with the right shards and relics in your defenses. Yet the shard system is 99% built around heros. For every defense shard (green shard) there are about 5 hero shards (blue shards). The change here is that the defense shards should take up 50% of the shard drop rate in every chaos tier. So, if there are 5 green shards in a certain chaos tier you will have a 10% chance to get each once of them OnslaughtHere there are two ways that work well for me: 1. Make all floors 2 map floors. If you want perhaps every 10th/5th floor can be 3 map floors. Apart from this, fix connectivity issues as much as possible to reduce the chance of disconnects. This way if it happens players will statistically loose less progress since they disconnect less times. A combination of less maps per floor and better connection would reduce the possibility of disconnects but also reduce frustration around them. 2. Make some sort of save system so that disconnects don't have a huge influence and so that players will have time to play onslaught. This way you don't have to start from the begging of the floor when you rage quit on map 3 or get disconnected. In this system you should still be able to loose progress, you will have a limited amount of replays and re-rolls. This way you can save your progress, but if you loose to many times you will have to start over anyways. I prefer the first solution since (IMO) Onslaught takes way too much time already, saving will help more people play but progress will still be slow. Additionally the difficulty ramp up is slow and progressing up faster would solve this in a way. Apart from progression i would like mor rewards for pushing floors. While more flairs and cosmetics would be nice i think there should be rewards obtainable even once you are progressing after a reset. Perhaps you get rewrads like gold, medals, Pet stuff and perhaps a new Hero? LootThe main issue with the loot is that you can get such varied amount of power in them. In chaos 7 once you reached the top in terms of ell value you can still get drops varying from 19k-21.3k main stat. This is extremly annoying and greatly decreases the chance of getting useful medallions let alone in legendary rarity. For c7 it would be nice if you could not get below main stat 20.5k once you reach the top sell value. MasteryCertain rewards in mastery are 100% crap. the gold rewrad is 120k gold, for a 1 time reward thats an absolute joke. MobsCurrently many enemies are unbalanced compared to certain defenses and towers, here are some mobs that i feel are underpowered/overpowered: The tiny meele and ranged frost mobs have to much health. They are like the beserkers, they have everything going for them. No downside.Normal tiny meele and ranged mobs are underpowerd, they should scale a bit higher in terms of health and damage so they will have the same power in campaign but will scale up higher as you progress.DefensesLike mobs there are certain defenses that are unbalanced. I won't touch dryad as it bring too much drama but certain others will be inculded. Harpies pause animation should be removed so they have a constant attackrateBuff-beams and boost auras should be reworked/buffed. Perhaps a reduction in cost would and increased range would make a huge difference.
  17. My solution to the crazy bad drop-rates of certain shards is this: Most youtubers say that defenses are 90% of the game and heros are 10%. But these days there about 1 million shards for heros (blue shards) and around 5 shards for defenses (green shards). So, if defenses really are the biggest part of the game the shards drop rate should be adjusted to that. My fix is that all the green shards should take up 50% of the drop chance in all chaos tiers. If there are 5 green shards in lets say c1 then you should have a 10% chance to each one of them. Because right now the shard system is 99% build around heros and not defenses.

  19. Yeah, that would be awesome. You'd build defences and slowly push on the enemies position, simultaneously pushing your towers further forwards. Unfortunately i think that something like this will take months if not years before it comes out since there is so much on Trendy's plate right now.
