  1. Cyborcs - Tenacity at full C7+ power should do it There is indeed a Piercing MOD for defenses as well, confirmed. Again, need full C7 power for best effect though. I've only seen Tenacity on hero equipment so far, not on relics. Will keep my eyes open though cause that makes sense. Do you know the name of the piercing chip for defenses?
  2. Here's few I've found that I didn't see listed. Diverse Power Servo - x% defense power for each unique defense nearby Defense Rate Servo - x% defense attack rate Venomous Viper - X damage over x seconds when hit by sand viper Accumulator Servo - Deal area damage equal to x% of damage taken over the last 10 seconds Protective Downgrade Servo - Instead of being destroyed, the defense will decrease 1 upgrade level to x% health, Once per combat phase. Refund Servo - Defense drops x% of its mana value when destroyed. Diverse Critical Servo - +x defense critical chance for each unique defense nearby Hardened Servo - -x% damage taken when under 20% health Mana Gain Chip - +x ability resource per second while inactive Last Stand Chip - Upon death, return to X% health. Once per combat phase Unique Power Servo - x defense power if only one is built I'm still looking for the one that makes auras and traps immune to cyborks. I ran about 30 C7 maps with no luck and then did an AP reset. Now I'm back up to c4 and still no luck. Also haven't found one that allows defenses to pierce shields just hero attacks.
  3. The color tells you how good the chip is, green being the best red being the worst. The strength of the chip is determined by not only its color but by the level of the gear its attached to. So a green mod in c1 gear is not nearly as strong as it would be in c7 gear.

  5. So does anyone want to buy an Apprentice/Adept AP weapon? I know they are the premiere dps characters in the current meta. Your probably thinking "how could this guy be so crazy as to let one of those weapons go?" We'll I'm behind on my shard payments and my farming isn't what it used to be. But my misfortune can be your opportunity to own one of the best weapons in the game. No reasonable offer refused.
  6. I pretty sure they said you would not be able to gild hyper shards on one thread or another. My guess is they just didn't bother coding them differently than any other shards when it came to gilding since there would never be any way for you to get 10 of them.
  7. So I just did my fifth reset, first one after the update. I changed my entire deck to all Mystics before resetting just in case the Prestigious weapon worked like a regular weapon drop and would roll based on the hero's in your deck. To my surprise I got a Prestigious Power Staff(can only be equipped by Apprentice or Adept). Needless to say I was a little disappointed. Is this working as intended? Do you just get a random weapon from all possible classes when you reset?
  8. That seems to be the new best setup. Swapping out DS fro VE if you need the range on a tower.
  9. From the chips I've seen so far I've come up with mob groups and mob types that seem to be effected by various MODS. So far the list is not all encompassing by any means. I was wondering is anyone else might have some input on this to help clarify it a bit. Mob groups seem to be: Melee, Ranged, Support and Miniboss Mob types seem to be: Orc, Warboar, Goblin, and Skeleton. There are other designations such as Frosty that I'm not sure where it fits or if Frosty mobs fall into more than one type and group. I've seen Frosty Orcs, goblins, melee, support and ranged. I'm not sure about fliers, are they in their own designation or do they fall into ranged, support, and goblin. With two other mob types I haven't seen mods for that would be dragons and insects. I'm also guessing the other dragons in the game like the skeletal and frost fall into skeleton and frost respectively with no specific MODS geared towards just dragons. My biggest question is for mobs that seem to fall into more than one category, are they affected by all damage increasing mods that would effect them? For instance a Frosty lane. Say I have increase frosty damage MOD, increase melee and increase ranged damage MODS on my defense all at around 30%. Would the Frosty melee and ranged mobs then take 60% increased damage? 30% for being either melee or ranged and then another 30% for being Frosty? I would think so but not sure. Let me know I've you've seen any other MODS that indicate another group or type of mob.

  11. Just getting my day started and trying to plan it out. Was just curious if anyone had any idea as to what time the update would take place and how long the servers will be down. Don't want to plan a gaming session and not be able to game. Thanks in advance.
  12. I don't know. I'm hoping this update will make sand viper(without split viper shard) super powerful. Since they are bumping defense power damage scaling and sand viper scales better than most defenses from defense power due to how its damage ramping works. Right now it ramps up to almost double the base normal damage by the third hit. It still pales in comparison to crit damage with how crit damage scaling is currently off the charts, but with the changes it should be one of the more powerful if not the most powerful single target towers in the game. Knowing my luck you'll be right and it'll continue to suck. But I'm going to choose to stay positive and hope it melts those pesky Lady Orcs down to their nasty lady orc parts faster than I can say "Dern Zerker!" My excitement level is at a 10 and holding steady. M.O.D.S are going to be such a huge game changer. I don't think it works like that but I could be wrong. I have tested it putting both destruction and mass destruction shards on at the same time. At rank 1 with both shards the normal damage was roughly 300k, starting on the third hit of a dummy it would hit for 600k on non crit strikes. That's double the base damage after boosts from two DP increasing shards. My understanding of the upcoming changes is they will increase damage from defense power and crit will be a multiplier of defense power damage. That would effectively make sand viper hits the same as a crit with a 100% damage multiplier on every strike after the second. That sounds like it should be pretty awesome especially since you won't have to use any crit shards or mods, allowing you to just stack DP as much as possible. But like I said initially I could be wrong on how it works. I have been bashing my head on floor 100 for 2 days now and those wonderful lady orcs keep sneaking past my walls. I thought I had that problem mostly solved for the last 50 floors but apparently I'm wrong about that.

  14. No it wasn't. Yours and the original posters lack of self awareness is astounding. There have been several posts that are decent discussions about the upcoming changes but this isn't one of them. I started my reply exactly like the original poster with "I'm PISSED". That is not the start of a decent discussion. That is the start of a rant, someone expressing their anger, and in this case expressing their anger at something that they haven't even experienced yet. Did my reply go over well, no, it wasn't meant to. It was supposed to show how starting with anger in a post about something we all have not experienced yet is childish and dare I say stupid. He had some valid concerns in his post but they were not presented as concerns. They were presented as a childish rant so I treated them as such.
