  1. This was addressed in this post (and other places that I just don't have readily available to link to at the moment). If within two weeks of that post, we have not said anything, feel free to release the hounds. Until then, I just ask that you be patient. :)
  2. We covered the Dryad changes to slimes in the patch notes. If they are running through without getting damaged by the defenses you outlined, let us know (if it's just they aren't getting oiled, we are aware of that and are working on a solution). We have not ran into an issue where they are completely ignoring Berserker Orcs, but if you have video of that happening, that would be very helpful! :)
  3. Spawn issues such as these tend to be specific to different spawn locations. We'll look into this spawn specifically, and try to find others where this may be happening. If you do find any others, please share and we'll get them working correctly! :)
  4. Striving to be the best/smartest is always very admirable. It's the main plot of most anime!
  5. There are some very scientific forces at work that we can't really discuss as we're under an NDA with the FBI's Alien Physic's department, but think of it more like Link's hoverboots: Or less flight-based version of this Or like this owl
  6. I'm sorry but it is YOU who missed the Physics Classrooms when YOU were in school (please don't consider this as an insult on Defender, let me explain). Fig. A The idea of moving sand as I explained it is very good actually. MASS, if an object has higher mass per volume ratio it means it will sink faster. On the other hand if the mass is to small and weight is small the object is not going to sink at all. Real life example: a floating in mid-air T-Rex will not sink AT ALL in any sand (moving sand or snaking sand or my bat's sand). The surface area of the foot does not have an impact on the surface area, because their feet never touch the ground, so it does not consider weight (mass). They are so light footed (something discussed in my previous post) that their feet never even touch the ground, as illustrated in Fig. A above. The Berzerker shouldn't sink at all. <3 Mwahahahahahaha!
  7. PM me your user ID (SteamID, PSNID, or Xbox Gamer Tag) and I can get this taken care of for you! :)
  8. Specifically for the sand trap, the idea is that you get slowed progressively because you sink into the sand. Eventually a point is reached where you cannot move any more (stunned), and then the damage is inflicted. If you don't sink, you don't reach that point, therefore not getting stunned or damaged. Here's an idea of what it looks like thematically
  9. Hey Kambien, if you could, please submit a report to our bug site. It allows to keep all bugs in one referable place. If you do submit a report, being as descriptive as possible greatly helps!
  10. That's not an issue with Dryad slimes. That's with oil debuff in general right now (if it can't be slowed, it's not getting oiled). All oil debuffs slow, and we're trying to work towards them being separate (it can't be slowed, but oiled still applies).
  11. Berserker orcs are immune to the Snaking Sands trap. Because they can't be slowed, they don't sink into the sand, preventing the damage and stun. Hope this clears things up! :)
  12. If you redeemed the free bundle that is currently out, you get the Shutter Shades flair and free Bank Vault. If you redeemed the Beat the Heat bundle last year, you should have received the items associated with that as soon as you claimed it (the Defender Medal consumable should have been the only thing in your inventory). Contact our Community Support Team if you claimed the Beat the Heat bundle last year, and you are missing the items that comes with it. Please do not necro threads. A good tip is to start a new thread if there aren't any active threads relating to your topic, and link to any old threads as a reference within your new thread as needed.
  13. Please don't necro old threads. We are not actively developing Dungeon Defenders II for Mac. If this changes, we will be sure to let you know! :)
  14. Please avoid necro'ing old threads as they can often cause confusion. Thanks! :)
  15. Put in a ticket with our Community Support Team and they can look into what happened, and work towards getting you taken care of! :)
  16. We put out a Hotfix Friday night that also rolled back players that had taken advantage of exploits, outlined here. If you did not partake in any of these exploits, please contact our Community Support Team, we can look into why you got rolled back, and possibly revert it. :)
  17. Please do not necro very old posts. It can cause confusion, whereas creating a new thread can make it easier to get your idea across. :)
  18. Greetings Defenders, Last night we released Hotfix 2.4.1 for PC and PlayStation 4 players, to address some issues that appeared with our patch this week. Xbox One players are going to receive this hotfix next week. These issues took advantage of some systems that were not intended. Bug FixesFixed an issue where items could be duplicated. Fixed a visual bug where items appeared to be duplicated, but were not. Fixed an issue with gear not scaling down when acquiring Ancient Power. Alongside these fixes, we took action against accounts that were exploiting bugs. We do not take the use of exploits lightly. We were very thorough in making sure that players who stumbled upon any of the bugs (but did not exploit them) were not affected by the measures taken. Since Xbox One players are not receiving this patch yet, we highly advise you to avoid taking advantage of these bugs. Again, actions are taken upon any account that knowingly exploits. If your account has any issues after this hotfix and you did not exploit any of the bugs above, please submit a Community Support ticket and we can investigate any concern. A lot of players came forth and let us know exactly how things were being taken advantage of, instead of using it to benefit themselves. Even the number of players that took advantage of these bugs was very, very low. You, the community, continue to show how awesome you are every chance you get! For Etheria! The Dungeon Defenders II Team

  20. Thank you for your feedback, and we are aware of the concerns you listed with Onslaught. Changes to the systems you've discussed take time, and it's something we are wanting to improve upon. Keep the feedback coming, it's incredibly valuable to us!
  21. It'll probably be with our next big update. That said, the Explosive Poison shard was fixed with our most recent patch.
  22. Greetings Defenders, We are hard at work getting a patch ready to take care of some nasty business that came with our most recent patch. There's no Friday Fun stream as a result (patch bandwidth requires A LOT). Instead, on Twitter we're doing a Friday Fun GIVEAWAY! Head on over to Twitter to check it out! Also there was a missing patch note... EXPLOSIVE POISON WAS FIXED! The fix came with our patch released this week. Found out after doing some digging around, thinking the fix was coming with our next big update, and wanted to make sure it was. Turns out it was this week instead! Sorry we didn't get it included with the notes. RIP Controlled Burn lanes!
