To me, that is a massive amount of repetition. How many hours did you play in that one day? I wonder how many hours an average player puts in. If there aren't many players who enjoy this much grinding AND are willing to do it in public matches, then this won't expand the player base or keep players involved any longer. Actually, now that I'm looking at it again, that is an absolutely insane amount of repetition. Just no way, man. No f-Ing way.

Yeah the drop you will have to grind for new gear No way am I going to just flush all my gear down the toilet like that. I HATE gear grinding. For me, it is the worst part of the game.

Cheap-ish young California Cabernet or Cab-heavy blend. Uncork and let breathe. Re-cork and let sit for 1-2 days. Then pour and enjoy soft toasty goodness for pennies. There are usually a couple of bottles somewhere in this process in the house. Been fighting the heat lately with Dublin Donkeys. Highly recommended. Very quaffable in a copper tankard. If you don't have ginger beer, Jameson on its own will make any game brilliant. Alas, I have become allergic to the sacred bean and its nectar.

I've been trying to play more pubs. Sometimes when I join during a build phase, I don't get a start prompt, so everyone has to wait for the timer. Of course, they don't know that I can't hit start. They just think I'm an a-hole. It also happened once when a friend joined my private match. Is this a known bug? Is it just a PS4 thing?

With the game out of early release, lots of new players looking for info, and the current game being so different from earlier versions, it would be a good idea to update the search function, too. A search done today can yield results from 2011 DD1! Plus the results don't even have dates on them, so you just have to click and see. I think a better search would help noobs a lot, and lead to fewer redundant threads. Maybe even less whining and fewer insults (dare to dream).

I'd play more if DU limits went up a bit and if more maps were available. It's boring to build the same thing over and over. Tight limits make it too hard to play around with different builds. Spending a lot of time making compromises and trying to squeeze every penny feels too much like real life.

I don't understand what you mean. Are you talking about the shield mechanic of the vanguards and geodes? Isn't that what you're trying to beat by using non-projectile-type defenses, such as traps and auras?

What's your problem? They have already addressed this issue by adding five-minute kill timer for stuck bosses. Fixed.

It's not the end of the world, but it *is* a massive c0ck-up. It was just a stupid lack of foresight, for which, in general, someone should man up and take responsibility. Of course, management rarely possesses both the brains and the gonads for such a move, so the best you ever get is some underling impotently eating crow, which sucks for them but at least you know someone cares. I wouldn't call it a *massive* c0ck-up, except that many players, after the disappointment of the last postponement, have been mostly abstaining from DD2, due to the uselessness of grinding for pre-update gear and
