  1. I hope thats not in response to people wanting balance between multi and solo play. How would it not be balanced? Again, how is your issue with the Lady Orc who has to reach your walls. As opposed to the Dark Mage who will prevent your towers in every lane from hurting the mobs? You say that a solo player wouldn't be able to stop the Lady Orcs, but you think a solo player can take care of all the Dark Mages who will have a much greater impact on your lanes?   3. Surely the Dragon breath from a dragon pet should work. I mean they are ignited, its just a case of whether that ignition counts. I am like 90% sure I have done it in the past, so I reported it as a bug for not working.
  4. few days back had the daily kill 1 ogre - it simply would not complete no matter how many ogre's i killed. ignite 100 monsters - I have this daily, attempted to ignite with a dragon breath pet, mobs are igniting but not adding to my tally.

I welcome it and anything else sinister Trendy can come up with. the point is, yet again this is not adding challenge to multiplayer, it is adding irritation to solo play. If they introduce some way of making these kind of new mechanics happen more or less often depending on the amount of players in the game its fine, but not if their way of balancing for multiplayer is +% damage and +% health.   8. There is no balance at the moment, so this is pointless until the revamp. The question I have is, will new the revamp correctly balance classes and make maps challenging. I would like to see them bring a soft ipwr wipe, in the form of a NM5 or something akin to that. I would not like to see character wipes, as im thankful of having a lot of the grind behind me, but i would like my characters as they stand have new content to progress through in which they could replace all their current gear, wither that be a complete change to the nightmare system or adding a NM5+ I dont mind. I funny story

  10. What really takes the biscuit is that even if the round is running and your defenses are doing their job you can still get kicked. I get kicking us in solo play during build rounds as you need to free up server space, but during a round?! come on!
  11. Did you ever play Dead Island? When I play online with friends and hit ESC it shows the menu but says 'the game is still running'. If my friends hit ESC too the message turns to 'the game is paused'. Best online feature ever. oh how simply and elegant, perfect solution for multiplayer.
  12. Doesn't having more players increase the drop rate though? Or quality of them or something? its possible, I have not noticed any difference and I both, though more solo.
  13. This observation is completely incorrect. By making the game better you keep more people playing for longer. Additionally they could easily add content as they're polishing the content they already have such as skins for existing towers or abilities that can be brought with both in game currency and paid currency etc etc. My point is when it comes to feedback players don't need to worry about how the development team funds themselves because if feedback is good then they will be sure to make that work for them.   15. They are doing a massive revamp, i assume it will all be addressed in that. They have received enough feedback from players to make it really good at least.
  16. Hey guys, does anyone know if the damage from Purge evil via SA critically hit? I was under the assumption it couldn't, but I really don't know. If it can crit what is its crit chance based on? and how does it scale with crit damage? since SA has no such modifier with Critical damage stats. Thanks in advance.
  17. I agree, its nice to know you are not going to completely screw up if you make a mistake. Diablo 2 - miss read a runeword and wasted a High Rune once. Diablo 3 - disenchanted 1 or 2 half useful items while leveling DD2 - Sold a stack of 10 min buffs by accident as well as a small upgrade item. World of Warcraft - Vendored some items that later became useful, retrieved the Item through Item retrieval. -Success! So though its not a massive deal, it does make the game more enjoyable by removing those frustrating and horrible moments when you accidentally sell/vendor something.
  18. I would love to have a Pause option in solo play. Having small children does not mesh well with a game with no option to pause.

  20. anyone who knows this bug can easily counter it, the point is I doubt it is intended. But your comment was extremely constructive, I would go one step further and say disconnections or lag are fundamental to the game, it simulates a heart attack or some voodoo magic that adds some "luck of the draw" to the game. I am glad we had this thrilling little chat. :)

Map - catacombs incursion NM4 (solo). wave 7, 2 ogres spawn on one side, due to how the new weapon taunt works plus a lack of space for two ogres to attack the barricade, they bugged and one climbed over the barricade, game over. Let me be clear, the Ogre climbed directly over the barricade, he did not walk around it. I have had this before with two many monsters on a barricade, but never with just two monsters (2x ogres).
  22. Yep most of us who have racked up enough hours know the tricks to placement hence my comment, as it makes it all the more bizarre. I also play solo, so I dont have to worry about other players screwing up the pathing.
  23. I doubt we will see a strategic revamp anytime soon, I personally think it might come in 5-6 months, but who knows. One thing I am pretty sure about, we will see at least 3 more heroes released for purchase before its available, which means about 3-4 months at the very least, but that is highly doubtful imho.
