Somehow problem is gone. That's really strange.

I tried to start it but it says game is already running, and i cant close it neither i can see it in process list . No one has this problem. And because of the last patches problem of NV GF860M i think its worth investigating what can cause this. Thread was posted in Nvidia forums also.
