  1. That's good to hear that they will at least be reducing the knockback with resistance in the next patch. It's true that video game motion sickness has been around for ages. I also played Doom as a child and got very sick. I continued to play first person shooters for years to come until I got sick of having to build up a tolerance. After making myself very ill for a couple of hours a day I would slowly build up a tolerance for it and be able to play for longer and longer periods of time. However, I noticed that I would quickly lose that tolerance if I did not play every single day. It's not
  2. I agree with you. I'll try playing fully zoomed out next time if I decide to continue playing.
  3. Just thought I'd share my experience with the new knockback from mobs. I haven't had a chance to really play other than to test out resistance when the new DLC/patches were released. I finally had time to play today so I loaded up UMF... I was curious about the knock back pinball effect people were talking about on the forums. It affected me more than I would have imagined... At first I just found it annoying, especially when trying to pick up items on the ground. I started feeling really dizzy by wave 12. By wave 13 I was feeling very nauseous and sick. By wave 14 I broke out into a sweat
  4. Just look at how much damage you take per hit with resists and then without. Simple way to tell. I've already checked on Insane. It's working properly now on Insane at least.

  8. Alan Nascimento, I think you are missing the point of this thread. I just wanted to inform people that the resistance on armor was broken as of right now. I get the same issue even on easy. This is not about "Diablo 2" type resistance...
  9. I don't have nightmare mode but you can test it out for yourself. Look at how much damage you are taking from a certain mob while wearing full resist and while wearing 0.
  10. Yeah. I loaded up UMF today and was surprised that I was getting 1-2 shotted on my apprentice with full resists. People on the forums said that enemies got buffed. I didn't think so though because I tested 0 vs 87% before. The damage I was taking with full resists was the same amount as when I had 0 resists before. Just to make sure though, I loaded it back up with a Squire with full 87% resists and then with 0 resists. Same amount of damage taken.
  11. I take the same amount of damage from enemies whether I have 0 in Resists or 87%. I tested it on Insane difficulty.

  13. I would love to be able to adjust the size of weapons. It's frustrating when you farm a lot in hopes of finding a good weapon just to have a weapon finally show up with great stats but terrible size.
