the thing is there is no consistency throughout the game design. it's a big puzzle, and it seems they dont know what they want EXACTLY. maps, level design, progression, items, xp ladder, matchmaking, mobs, builds... they don't make sense together.

I think they made at least 3 mill dollars, at very least. it could go up to 30mill or sumthing.

it seems there are a lot of designers and very few programmers on this game

tf2 is a failure dude, and I have played it for a full year and don't remember having to pay for bag space.. I payed to play special events though.

I was playing normal nm4, and not incursion. Maybe it's worth to tell exactly what happened: I was trying to play a private match with a friend, but I was tired so I forgot 2 times in a row to choose PRIVATE over QUICK MATCH, so we created 3 or 4 ramparts lobbies before actually playing. Was this a punishment of some sort to get so bad items? Maybe the game 'thought' we were 'choosing lanes'.
