Windowed Fullscreen

Recommended Posts

My single biggest complaint with DD was the lack of windowed fullscreen (borderless window). It's such a nice feature, it's easy to add and it's pretty much mandatory when playing with dual-monitors.

Please remember to add this simple feature for DD2.

A lot of gamers run more than 1 monitor these days.

I'm a bit late, but this really should be added in.

seriously, this should be programmed in. Windowed Borderless full screen is amazing.

Even if you don't run more than one monitor, it's nice to have this feature anyway. This would have as much impact or more impact on single monitor users as multiple..

It makes alt-tabbing to another window easier since it doesn't have to switch from full screen to window mode.. It also allows for one to have access to custom shell components like widgets or resource monitors (when using a custom OS shell, of course).

Although not absolutely necessary, this is such a convenience feature that it really should be implemented if at all possible. I gave you all 1-Ups for this idea and will continue to do so for each reply.

I support the request of adding support for fullscreen windowed mode.
Most modern PC titles support this and i know that some of the Unreal Engine 3 based games i have played like Blacklight Retribution supports that as well as DirectX 11 but all i care about is the windowed fullscreen option.
