Lost Mana

I have lost a lot of mana during trades. Is there anything that can be done? At all? I have spent hours keeping my shop open and making profit by selling my stuff and all the money is gone.

If you keep losing mana in trades, stop doing it. It's obvious you're predisposed to the problem for some reason another. Perhaps the person you're trading with is lagging or something.

They won't restore items lost in trades; just about anything else though.

Remember, banked mana hard caps at 2 billion. Any mana gained past that point will simply disappear. Make sure you are trading for mana tokens. Unfortunately, we do not restore items lost due to bugged trades. We apologize for the disruption in your gameplay.
