Akatiki rewards ninja nerfed.

Fairly sure this must have been accidental, Trendy were the ones that intentionally buffed the weapons and accs in the first place. Probably they compiled the wrong files by mistake or something like that, it's not like that kind of thing doesn't happen in bigger companies.

I dont have a good reference for them. I know that some of the aka weapons were getting 640+ stats (cause I have one) which allowed me to work out the required quality. Accs have a slight difference which makes estimating the top end rather difficult.
