How to access the Crystalline Dimension!

Select the difficulty on Sky City in which you've beat Moraggo, Mistymire, Aquanos, and Sky city on, and you go to it. When you spawn into Sky City, there will be a black portal in front of you. It only appears on difficulties where you have all of the shards.

the last shard has not appeared and i have beaten it on easy & med, nor has the portal showed up on the map when i go back

That's weird. Are you sure you beat all of these maps (Moraggo, Mistymire, Aquanos, and Sky city) on the same difficulty?

If you have not beat all the shard maps on Hard Core you need to turn off HC to get the portal.

If you have not beat all the shard maps on Hard Core you need to turn off HC to get the portal.

There is no HC on Console's.

Umm, I have no clue what the solution to your problem is, but maybe activate the crystal and press the 'proceed to next level' button after you beat the level. I'm not sure if this is the solution, but this is what I did every time I got a shard.
