sometimes the digits get messed up, ive had 5 mana left over aftering making 2 1b's tokens its just a lil buggy, but shops do make them into the 1b even's never seen the 5 over on the token itself tho

That happens to me too, I think I've seen as high as 1'000'000'024 token if my memory is correct.
