Completed Halloween Spooktacular on Hard with Squire; Monk Ninja costume not unlocked

Do I have to complete the mission with my monk to unlock the costume for that character? I had assumed that the unlock was account-wide.

Is my account bugged?

I always thought you can unlock them on med as well?
So you don't have to do hard mode if you just want the unlock.

You can do it on medium, but yeah you have to do it with the class you plan on using it with. Same as CD

I thought the ninja/angel/vampire/death knight costumes all required hard or above. I know I never got any of them from medium. Was it changed in a patch over the last couple of months?

I could be wrong,but I'm sure I got all mine just doing med.
Same with the ev/barb ect i got them all by doing med.

The text on the character costume page clearly says Hard or Insane for the monk ninja outfit, but maybe they changed it in a patch without changing the text?
