Getting stuck in crystal dimension

Earlier I was doing crystal dimension and I spawned in side the map on wave 17. I couldn't get out.

Whenever that happens your only choices are to either wait until the map clears and you go to the next stage of the Crystalline Dimension, or type "killme" in the chat, it's like typing "kill" in the developer's console in a few other games.

How did you die by chance? Jumping off a crystal, killing by an ogre, and etc? Were you the host and when you re-spawned did you spawn on top of something and/or was there anything nearby?

I got there when we went through the portal on the last map bit, I just spawned in there. I wasn't the host. I didn't respawn until we moved onto the next map bit. I used overlord with the summoner and summoned minions alright.

How do i start this map? I mean, I can get into the Crystal Dimension, but there is the ~90 minute time limit for something and no mobs spawn. What's going on?

Nevermind...I'm stupid, why haven't I thought about activating the crystal before I wrote this :D.

I had this bug happen when I was fighting the Old One. I have no clue what caused it, but I lost 22 lives. I spawned and died instantly over and over again until he finally lowered the platform after like 5 minutes of pointless deaths.
