It's been a long haul, and you guys have been super patient since voting ended. Mad props to all of the authors for taking a chance, and giving us some truly amazing new maps :D You can check out the scores and reviews by 2 of our judges here; http://forums.trendyent.com/showthread.php?67188-Official-Voting-Thread/page10 While we did have 3 other Trendy devs play and grade the maps, they have only a few notes b/c they are crazy busy. Unfortunate, but kind of expected. Also note that for ease of viewing, we have made the scores out of 100, though the 40%/60% ratio remains, and the main calculations for summation. I will be contacting the winners shortly regarding prizes.

Once again, huge round of applause to all of the authors, and everyone who provided reviews and insight to help them improve. Without further ado, here are the ultimate scores;

Yeah, in the judges score cards; the top 2 maps differed by less than 1 point, while 3rd and 4th differed by only a few points. And all of the maps show considerable promise in their own right :)

Yeah I noticed this as well. The wrong scores were used in this thread so the digest is right and Immortal-D is correcting the scores here I believe.

Yeah, I got the third and fourth place mixed up. Tomb actually etched out third by a small margin. Really really sorry about that :( I sent you a pm, and have updated with the correction.

Yeah, a couple of the judges are graphical artist and level designer, and they couldn't stop talking about how amazing that flowing water is ;) Each of the 'brackets', if you will, differed by only a few points between the maps, including 1/2 & 3/4. With the upcoming addition of the Steam Workshop, I'm hoping to see these and other maps breathe some new life into DD. If anyone hasn't played The Siege or King's Valley yet, take a minute to ride the catapults and admire the eye candy, respectively.

Wow! I'm surprised, honored, and thrilled to have taken 2nd. With the amazing quality of the other submissions, I honestly was not expecting it.

My hats off to all the other designers, and my deepest thanks both to the Trendy team for giving us this opportunity and to all the community for trying out my submission!

Looking forward to everyone's future endeavors on the workshop!

Probably after the beta team takes a vacation.... and the level designers polish and balance the level up.

Which I am sure they're all happy they don't have to do a big level to do all that with. :mecha:
