Eggs are still dropping?

I figured the patch last night would have disabled eggs, since the event was only supposed to go on until the end of April. It's now May 1, and the eggs are still dropping...



Shouldn't this be disabled? Or are only specific types of eggs dropping now?

yes they are. looks like bug!

If this requires an update of the usual size (100MB-400MB) I'd really appreciate if this was bundled into the next patch rollout.

Considering I'm still over a dozen humungous eggs away from the mega chicken after hundreds of hours this past month, I'd be very happy if the eggs continue to drop.

I still have 8 Humongous eggs to go, and I literally have over 200 hours in April, mostly in NM survival attempts. Those things are almost as rare as trans weapons, for me.

One thing I started to find was if I did waves 9-15 of throne room NM MM Survival, I would almost always get at least 2 humongous eggs for each run (would take me around 2 hours I think, this was before 7.30), however, for 9-25, I would rarely get any humongous eggs past finishing wave 14. So for my last 6 humongous eggs, I just ran throne room 3 times from 9-15 and got 8 humongous eggs from it. Note I always ran it with 2 afk controllers and my keyboard so that there were more opportunities for items to drop.

The nice thing about throne room is the only place for a humongous egg to drop that you can't necessarily get to it is in the enemy spawn, where as other maps I've seen humongous eggs dropped by wyvrens off into pits :(

Unfortunately I don't know if this is still the case post 7.30 since they dropped the number of enemies that spawn per wave <- reason I didn't upgrade to 7.3x until I got all my eggs.

Hopefully some sort of a new 'easter' challenge map will show up soon... or someone even suggested using Thanksgiving map for egg rewards since you DO kill a mega turkey and a whole bunch of turkeys.

At one point one of the representatives said that the eggs would still be rewarded occasionally during scheduled events. I think they also implied that it might be a side bonus of other seasonal events too.

There will be ways to get more eggs after the event is done and ways to get enough eggs to get the rewards before next year. Though it will turn out to be much harder.

I really wish Trendy did not force you to turn them in if they were in your inventory. I was really hoping to sell or trade them for some starting myths once they stopped dropping and before they added them as drops only on certain challenges.

Wasn't counting and after I finished a Glitter run I had enough for the bunny costume. Almost cried.

I wish that's how *common* they were, I've got 9 to go, and I've put in nearly 350 hours of NMHC survival since the start of the event, I don't know how people could reasonably get them, there wasn't even enough time to get the mana to buy them :(. On the other hand I got maybe 60ish trans weapons in that time, a lot of those were pretty terrible though and I wouldn't have got anything for them.
