Confirmed Transcendent Drops

I got this in Alch labs NM HC surv about 25 minutes ago.

One random Trans sword from a chest in wave 18 Glitter NM HC (No mixed)

I can confirm Transendant items in the Deeper Well.

I can confirm that is misty and that is a deeper wells reward pet. Non-trans :p

All maps drop them. It's fair to assume their quality (or at least, chance of high quality) is the same as myth. i.e. more crystals = higher stats on average.

I feel like certain maps have a higher chance of dropping trans. I played a Magnus Quarters survival NMHCMM to level 24 and it was barely dropping decent myths. But I play misty and the drops at level 18 are already better than 24 on Magnus. I did get a Trans reward pet from magnus though. But I feel like a reward pet has nothing to do the map.

More crystals == better loot.

Karathiki Jungle Survival Reward, and I had a Transcendent item drop on this map as well (wave 14). It wasn't really good tho, but good enough to keep.

Reward pets on Magus, Alchem, and Courts. All survivals run on NM HC (no MM). Multiple runs with multiple tran pets.

City in the Cliffs - NM HC Campaign mode
-Got a Trans reward pet for beating campaign, damn nice one too). Not sure if you can get Trans Weapon/Armour rewards there too or not (maybe someone else can confirm?).

Uber Death From Above - NM HC challenge
-Trans reward weapons are possible

Moraggo Desert - NM HC Campaign
-Trans reward weapons are possible for beating the King (the mage one is phenomenal. Shoots 6 projectiles in a tight circle instead of a flat fan. EV Sniper weapon extraordinaire)

Have only really ran ALCH LABS/DEEPER WELL and MISTY to any real extent.

ALCH LABS, DEEPER WELL etc both seemed to drop TRANS pretty often after wave 24 when 4 players were connected. (On further tests using splitscreen does not seem to reproduce).

MISTY, Trans shotgun from chest wave 12. Otherwise TRANS started droping after wave 23 SOLO.
With another real player conncted, we started seeing TRANS after wave 19.

OMF is terrible for Trans, Ive run 50+ times and gotten about 5 items (and I run 8 for the last wave) and about 8 Trans pets. Whoever said it drops "tons of trans" doesn't know what they are talking about, there may be a chest item last wave and occasionally items drop.

CiC I've gotten trans in chest as early as wave 14 surv (no mixed mode)

Misty, around 19+ as others have said.

Those two are the only reliable ones I've found. I'm sure Karathiki is good too, but haven't gone past 13

I've run OMF a bunch. Total trans item count: 0.

Omf nmhc received trans armour and pet as reward and found a trans mages weapon in chest on final round

The common fact is that more players increase the chance of better loot dropping simply because more items drop. I however would like to see a multiplier for loot quality for solo play. For old times sake before the new patch hits I played some of the original campaign survival nmhc solo runs (with 8000+ creeps) and didn't collect any trans items, whereas 3 or 4 player games do get them. And btw I'm really looking forward to the new patch as 8000+ wave after wave solo was ultra boring.

yah, OMF does not give out great items, its more like if you want a collection of neg stat items, then do OMF.
