Need to be able to rename room without closing it down

Lvl 11/12, lose your builder.. would be so nice to be able to rename room to 'need builder'.

Or, once you have a builder in a room you've named 'need builder' to 'need dps 74+ geared'.

Shouldn't be that hard to implement.

Server list should be player name(not character name) followed by a comment you can change in tavern at any time.

Simple to implement, and would make browsing a lot better.
