Patch 7.18 Discussion

PvP in Dungeon Defenders can be compared to usual MMO game rules coz you need to work your back off to get top-tier pvp gear.

Only difference in this game is that people won't acknowledge when someone worked their back off for their gear. If it has better stats then theirs they call hacker. If it looks slightly too good; hacker. Even when someone says it's not hacked, then it must be bought with paypal.
I'm not even talking about the obvious 10K stats and 100k weapon damage.

Hey, can anyone else see the heart shaped crystal in thier tavern? I can't see it

The new PVP challenge does not give the unlockable costume, I've won two times once on nightmare and once on insane, only the first time I was given items but both time I went to use the new costume and it still said I had not unlocked it yet, do I have to unlock it while playing the app or something?

So, yes. You have to complete it on the character you want to unlock the outfit for.

had this problem earlier. I had to check if the crystal was still there in "edit crystal". It was. Now I see the crystal every time :)

So, yes. You have to complete it on the character you want to unlock the outfit for.

George washington for App beat it on any diff with App or Adept, and same goes with the rest. Even the barb gives you the Squire Costume, unless the B patch fixed that cause I got all the costumes before that.

Won't acknowledge it coz basically game has too huge modding spree, dunno if it's problem of game itself or game engine BUT from what i recall almost every UE3 game is hackers paradise, like Borderlands where ppl had 285628356 dmg guns :o

I just got patched on DD but still can't connect to steam cloud... wonder what this patch is.

yeah, had a 50 meg update. i can get online again, but there is no information what was patched.

this game has far too many patches as is though. it seems every day, or every other day there is a pretty considerable patch to download...

Well I like it cause they are constantly working on the game which I like.

I currently have 7.18b and am able to play on-line at the moment so whatever is effecting some of your is not a global issue.

It was the DDDK patch what you got so it shouldnt affect your online game play.

You try playing it then. Don't come crying to us when you get 1-Shot by the Demon Lord, or a stray Kobold nukes you from orbit.

If we want best loot and improve our characters we need to do survival games. If we want best of the best, we must do it at Mistymire.

Well, then lets try it. From wave 15 or 16 and far away take a look at the number of spiders that will spawn. Okay, then the 80% of that number will spawn to the end of the wave, doesnt mind its 50 or 500 spiders, map will regorge it bulk after bulk from all spawning points. Well, with 4 players the number of spiders are incredibly high and combined with their new robot accuracy it will result very bad.

I thought that only on Mix Mode that will happen, but without Mix Mode it happens too.

Is that an error of the system spawning spiders? Is that a Joke? What the hell happens with you guys? You dont tell anything about that in any patch notes, but from the "fix" of Mistymire waves that are happening ALWAYS! You test it? It supose to be this way?

Only way to pass through is cheating, and only that people who are selling Paypal hacked stuff can do that. What are you looking for with that kind of things?

As a player with over 500 hours in this game i will have to agree a bit with the above post. Ninjas need nerf in MM for plenty of reasons.

Not to be picky, but why is 7.19 not getting love? do we hate the number 19? I can't even think of anything good associated with that number... 19.. 19... maybe 19 cookies? 19 pecan shortbread cookies... Well, I know what I'm having for dinner now.

finally a new upgrade system! finally the second shard piece, and i have to re-do all the challenge to get the new achievement.. yeah i'm lovin' it :D

now i just have 9 char at lvl 74, 3 good sets and all the achievement (except sky o love nightmare), so my only reason to play is get this new stuff <3

why you write that part 2 will come out in February when it comes out in March, I've checked every day after the new patch
