Barbarian is Missing (Release Date now Tuesday 1/31)

Good lord above. I don't think I've ever been subjected to a bunch of more entitled brats.
If a game patch being delayed by a day, or a week, or even a month, is going to cause such anger, it may be time to put the keyboard down, and explore this thing called real life for a few days. Maybe go help out at a soup kitchen. You know, put things in perspective...

When you attach a release date to something you enter a verbal arrangement. Breaking said arrangement is unprofessional and down right disrespectful when you wait until the last minute. Personally I've been looking forward to the barbarian for quite a few months so it's been quite a bit more than a few days.

I really can't take these people seriously...like they either never ever played any other online game in their lives or are just completely clueless and have serious mental problems to be in such a freakout.

Delays, bugs and alike happen with every company. This. happens. with. everyone. In real life or online.

Blizzard Activision gets delayed/has problems with their releases, patches, bug fixes and even community communication.
Valve gets delayed/has problems with their releases, patches, bug fixes and community communication.
Bethesda gets delayed/has problems with their releases, patches, bug fixes and community communication.
EA gets delayed/has problems with their releases, patches, bug fixes and community communication.

Why would Trend not suffer the same problems and why would this be such a world ending matter like some make it to be?!?

If u guys read the patch notes , it have to feel like a whole new game i think besides of that its okay to delay the patch one day!

Edit: by reading the post upper my post , i dont think u cant compare EA and Trendy never have seen EA care about their players or the game , its just money they care about btw they killed almost all Titels that was good earlier.

Seems everyone is complaining in this thread as well that they didn't get what they want when their specific timezone hits 12:01 AM. Steam is now in control of when the patch comes online, and they do not up their servers for at least another 3-6 hours from this post.

I say the same thing about this as every other game out there that I've played. "I would rather see delay than a product released unfinished and unrefined that will leave me wishing I hadn't bought it in the first place."

From my experience, Blizzard typically uses the word "Soon", being a time between now and then.

EA is no longer a company I would set myself to be led by. They once made good games that were hours of entertainment. Now they buy companies, tear them appart and produce but a single ride in each theme park they create. Money grubbing w****s.

1) You had at least 5 posts removed from a thread yesterday for the exact reasons you just stated. I did as well, I'm not trying to reopen old wounds, just stating facts.

2) When you post in a public forum, you post to the community not the dev team.

1) the date they gave was a tenative date at that, they even said so in the same post they gave a date

steam/valve is located in seattle washington, USA so they are in the PST time zone. its gunna be one of those instances where valve wont get it till the end of the day so prolly wont show up till 6pm pst or even midnight pst when it automatically updates
