Characters missing?

I have seen these tread on the forum, but I never read how to "fix" missing or deleted characters. I logged in, saying I Unlocked all the DLC, and all my character did not show up in the browser. What should I do?

No, they are still not up. Will my characters be okay? I've had them for a while, and it'd suck to have lost all of that time I spent leveling them and getting gear.

Give up and relevel apparently they don't care about the people that buy their stuff, just about the money because they havn't done jack for anyone so far.

That would be awesome if you fixed that time rollback glitch. I will gladly go farm for my 50 million mana again if you can tell me this wont happen again. XD

It's a nightmare situation really.
From what I've gathered, some people get a response within a day, others in 3 weeks, and some are waiting 3 months+ now.
I sent an email myself about a week ago and figured the problem would get resolved quickly but it hasn't :(
I wish they had a phone number i could call, because the email response times seem terrible.

yeah, it has been a little over 48 hours for me, I wish there was a way to see if it can even be recovered, because I don't want to start new toons, and find out that doing so, overwrote (x) amount of backups for my save. At the same time, I would prefer not to wait for 2 months, with zero response.

still no E-mail response, and my characters are still missing.
PLEASE TRENDY can I have an answer if I should start over, or wait for something.

Trendy hasnt been working over the weekend you do know the? So just wait for a respond from now till friday.

I can agree with this sentiment. I've found that they don't do squat when all your characters get erased. I mailed the lostheroes email twice on 12/16 and again around 12/26. They responded to the first email to tell me to give a link to my steam profile (which is the reason for the second email on 12/16), but since then they've done nothing not even send me an email to tell me that there was nothing they could do or that they were backlogged or indicate any interaction with my email at all. Even in the link someone posted above you can see that there's another person that says his characters haven't been restored for over a month.

coming up to almost a week, and still no response. Please trendy, just tell me if playing will screw up my back up saves.

So I got a private message from a dev/admin and the prior linked [email]lostheroes@trendyent.com[/email] info is now incorrect, they remake your toons, so anyone in the same boat as me include your steam info, and characters you lost.

I will keep this thread updated so people can hopefully gauge duration of their lost characters.

Good to see that they are at least making some progress for someone. This is the first I've heard of them restoring any erased characters recently. I've still been waiting 28 days. I would express some anger about not being served in the order that I submitted my ticket, but they've already broken my spirit and lowered my expectations in this game to where I expect to be kicked in the face by a dirty boot repeatedly so its all good.
