Android Character Transfer not working

Since the update, I haven't been able to transfer my characters from my android to the PC.

Bump. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

Sure, but I've done it many times now and it has worked fine til now.
I keep my files .dun and .bak on the C drive itself so all I have to do is type C:\DunDefHeroes.dun
I open up the Steam/DunDef files and run the Android application to load the files. I type in the location I said above and I get just a black screen with an error message pop up saying, "Error loading mobile save".

I'll try copying over my files again and maybe it just copied the files wrong this time. I'll edit this post if it works.

Update: No change. Game works fine when running normally, but trying to load the mobile save it just doesn't work.

Is anyone else having this issue? If not, It may be an internal thing and I may have to redownload it all...

I haven't gotten any reports from anyone else that this isn't working yet. It might be something on your end? Just to be sure we'll look into this on our end as well.

Thanks. Also, I just uninstalled the game and everything and re-installing it right now. Hopefully this may fix it if it is just me.

Can I just say I also have the same problem bit I am on IOS 4.3.3. Te save works fine on my mobile but when I copy it over and run the game it says my save is corrupted :(

I am still having the same exact problem. Has this been fixed yet? Anyone else still having this issue?

Been playing this game on my Android tablet and I just purchased the game on Steam sale. I was really hoping to transfer my game save but like the posters above, I couldnt get it to work.

Any update on this issue?

Due to major changes made in the PC version, mobile saves are no longer compatible with the PC version. This is stated in the FAQ and it will not change.
