You can blame SONY for the time it takes to release content.

This has got to be the stupidest idea ever. You don't want to make something that will make people rage and QQ. Fail business idea is fail.

Not only Sony but Microsoft too. In fact Microsoft is worse about it. Keep in mind they said they will submit it in January, if you actually think we will see it in the same month you're delusional. Sigh...

Really like to see more of a team dynamic, then the old "Who has a tower squire?" and everyone else uses huntresses. -_-

And then the patch stun locks you to death over and over again because resists are broken and spiders 2 to 3 shot you, and i only play on insnane and i am getting 2 shot with 2500 hp and 60% phys resist

Everyone on PC will be able to join in Nightmare games for maps they own. This is so the community isn't segmented.

You say you don't want the community to be segmented, yet,

Players will not be able to join into the Eternia Shards maps they don't own, since they do not have that content required (it's downloaded upon purchasing the DLC).

• Each pack has 3 modes (Campaign, Challenge, PvP), 2 new maps, 10 new weapons, new pet, new cinematics, all new Bosses, and more! The PC version may come with some extra stuff pertaining to the PC content (i.e. there's a new Uber Monster Fest on LifeStream Hollow and a costume for the Ranger included in this first pack)

• New weapons and pets will be added into Console via patches (they cannot come with the DLC, as all users need them in order to not fragment online play) since they have completely different models, animations, effects, and vfx that were made post release. This first patch containing this content (as well as bug fixes, increasing the level cap to 74, and supporting additional code functionality for future DLC) will be submitted to consoles in January of next year.

So... in other words, consoles won't be getting the new weapons and pets? I sincerely hope the DLC will cost less for console users if they get less content.
