I was just wondering if thers anything else new bsides the abilities and the gender swap.

it says;
"This pack contains gender-swapped versions of the main characters, equipped with all new abilities, stat ramps, and more"

I checked and the # of stat points r the same, but i dont know if they equal (like if 1stat on herodmg on old char = 1 stat on herodmg of new char)
and what's "more"? thers like nothing else lol

anywayz
if any1 has more details, plz post

thank you

You unlock UMF (Uber Monsterfest) if you purchase it.

The Countess for example, benifits more from speed than the squire. Thus a squire at 100 speed will not be as fast as the Countess with 100 speed.

Stat ramps are different based on the character, not flat out better, but different.

Why did you post this in the patch notes section?

There's global differences and some specific differences between the various genderswaps.

Globally, male characters have more health than females, and female characters move faster than males (of the same class).

Then specific differences. Obviously, there's the class skills - the gender swap characters all have different skills. And there's some other differences which have been noticed so far:

- Countess has a combo which attacks 3 times, but the third attack has a much narrower range than Squire's. However, it hits twice for high damage (higher dps to a smaller area)
- Ranger apparently has a higher damage multiplier from Hero Attack than Huntress, though I haven't seen any confirmation on this (I'm sure somebody can provide, though)
- Adept has a higher bonus from casting speed than any other class
- Nothing noted on the Initiate so far, but she has a really ugly attack animation.

As for where there's no difference, the gender swaps all have the exact same tower set. It's also believed that apart from the Ranger, none of the gender swaps have a different Hero Attack stat ramp (and Ranger's being different hasn't been confirmed, as far as I know).

Ranger also has passive reload boost, easily noticed if you use weapon that has no reload boost at all and compare to huntress. Ranger is your choise if going for flamer on top of that reload boost you get increased hero dmg. Down side is ranger is a lot slower than huntress and ofc abilitys, which i would still most likely choose huntress PS over rangers skill, while these ofc situational.

One thing I have never seen mentioned in these forums is that the ranger's regular attacks pierce with every weapon. Regular crossbow? Pierces. Rifle? Pierces. Gatling gun? Pierces. Etc.

There's no way that's correct.

Have you tested it? It was the first thing I noticed when I made a ranger. Even without a weapon, my shots were piercing. Every single weapon I have used on my ranger has pierced.

Edit: When testing it more, I managed to find two weapons that didn't pierce. Interestingly, one was a gatling gun, yet I had a gatling gun that pierced before and gave it to my friend who confirmed it was piercing with his ranger. The other was a basic crossbow.

Asking my friend who has a high level ranger with more weapons, he says his tri-shooter is piercing. I have a tri-shooter on my huntress and it most certainly doesn't pierce on her.

I can't seem to get this right i only see 3 sets of numbers not 4 attack numbers, does it show really fast or doesn't it display at all ?

You have to turn to the left. The animation for the third hit is really long. She swings her weapon up from the right, and then in a downard arc in front of her. If you turn at just the right angle, the weapon will cross with the enemy twice.

this is false ranger does not pierce with all weapons. i've tested several types of bows, trishooter, simple, kobold bomber, etc. none pierce. easy way to test is to aim at the dummy above the shop keeper and watch if it goes through.

I confirm the ranger having more DPS. He has 10% damage than the huntress, with the same exact items. As for piercing, I havent tested it, but testing on dummies is NOT the way to go. Will look into it next time I play.

On a training dummy, the Ranger does more normal attack damage but slightly less Piercing Shot damage. In a real game, however, because it has a larger spread it can technically net a lot more dps.
