Can't get familiars?

alright so this is dumb. i've checked the wikia for how to get pets/familiars... gotta get to level 15 on survival in any level to get some pet. well i've gotten to level 15 (beat 14 all the way up to 16 before i got bored) and i haven't gotten a single pet. i've done it on multiple different levels. like cmon this is infuriating. it takes like an hour to get to lvl 15 and it's all getting wasted because i'm not getting any pet! help please??

For mobile iOS, you have to finish the entire survival (unfortunately), or pure strategy.
you can get pets in the tavern if that's all you want.

I have done all 30 waves in pure strategy, and got no reward. Lol big time sink for no reward.

if you'[re talking about the giraffe, doesnt exist on ios.
same for all the unique.

You can get genie/fairy/animus. thats it

I ment rewards in general, have not gotten anything from pure strata regardless of waves, just what drops from mobs

for real? ffs. thats bs. where can i complain?? how do i get the genie, fairy, and animus then? and btw.. how do u know that? where did u find the info? i wanna see it too. maybe i can find more info for myself..

I got the fairy and Genie from the shop, seen the animus there too.

I would send a message to jpeters. Or email him about this issue if you have all the details.

the mobile version wont give pets at level 15 survival

you only get pets through the vendor, and animus is sold after beating the ramparts on insane or hard.

ughh damn. so I can't get pets unless I but them from the vendor? thats bs... where did u find that on the website?
