Paimon CG 31 Posted September 15 Adventurers of Dragonfall, Lately, our studio has been working on improving our transparency with the community by opening up more about the development process and today, we want to stay true to our word. Let's start with the positive aspects. We're thrilled to announce that we're making significant progress with the Knights of Dragonfall update. Our art production is ahead of schedule, and we've successfully implemented most core features for this update. For the first time in a while, we plan to share trailers and patch notes with you before the update's release, bringing us closer as a community. Now, onto the challenging news. We have received notice that on October 10, 2023, Microsoft will end support for Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2. Why is this important to us? Currently, all our Playverse servers rely on Windows 2012. No reason to panic, however, as we see this as an opportunity to strengthen our systems. You may have noticed an increase in server problems as of late and therefore we have been planning to migrate our services to the latest Windows server version available. That being said, this is not an easy feat to achieve but we have faith in our team and its ability to overcome situations of this nature. We're constantly improving and hoping to. We're committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. So, what does this mean for our beloved community? Unfortunately, it means we'll need to temporarily allocate some key individuals currently developing the upcoming October patch to this unexpected project. Does this imply that the update will be delayed? Not necessarily, but there is a chance that will be the outcome. At the end of the day, we're still hopeful to bring The Knights of Dragonfall to the community during the upcoming "Spooky Season." I'd like to conclude this message on a high note. I've been working on a couple of exciting initiatives for our community. Soon, we'll unveil details of two significant reward programs for those who make our player base the outstanding community it is. One of these programs will be tailored to Content Creators, the fantastic personalities who keep us entertained. The other will focus on community members who've made vital contributions, whether it's through community tools or providing guidance to those still learning the art of defense. Thank you for being a part of this incredible community. Your support and dedication are what drive us forward, and together, we'll overcome any challenges that come our way. For Etheria! Big_D_N_Lil_J 10 Posted September 17 This is double the good news! Better servers is always good! With the team being ahead of schedule, this server update just may put it “back on schedule.” Thanks for being open with the community!
Parazavail 0 Posted September 18 Hello Mr Chromatic Games. Will you be adding any more new characters to the original Dungeon Defenders in the future or was the Hermit the last one?
