primalvivax 0 Posted April 20 As title states, the most recent hot fix appears to have rolled back my items by several weeks. Lost all of my godly level gear and am back to transcendent/mythical gear. Considering I left DD2 because of disappearing items, this is really disappointing... Anyone else experiencing this? Batophobia 252 Posted April 20 You aren't talking about stuff you got from the PTR, right? That stuff won't transfer when the PTR ends. If it's not PTR related, you can email support@chromatic.games to see if they can help out. They've been able to restore lost progress before.

Not that I'm aware of, but user error definitely isn't out of the question. It was all gear that I got from playing solo endless mode and the campaign. If it makes a difference, I'm on Xbox Series X. Is the PTR exclusive to the PC version?

Additionally the only way your save can roll back is if you get a save conflict prompt for Local Vs Cloud Save, as saves are stored both locally and on the cloud. So in that even you would have been given the option to pick which save to keep.
