Still not receiving Weekly Defender Bonus Mission Payouts

Those weekly missions take a lot of time to complete.. i.e. finish 20 onslaught levels, or 20 maps w/o losing a sub-objective... yet when I complete the mission, the reward screen indicates "Claimed" but no payout was actually issued!!  My defender medal count is still at the same value it was before completing the Bonus Mission.  :(  What's up with that?  FYI, the daily mission payouts are working.

Lately, something has been way off. Switching heroes is not working correctly.  I get a body from one hero mixed with the head of another hero and so on. This happens in both the build and battle phase. Sometimes I get a blank hero with just a floating pet or arm? These partial heroes don't function correctly. They can't build, they usually can't fight but sometimes can, but they can run around. I have to waste time attempting to switch until the hero is rendered correctly before the game is playable.

 

I can't even get the weekly to open on my account!? It says I have to complete the campaign, which I know I've done at least twice!! I do understand your frustration tho...

 

Yesterday when the campaign bug was fixed and I completed my weekly mission I still did not receive any defender medals. I have not received any defender medals from weekly missions since the christmas event ended and I really hope this issue can be fixed soon...

Another week, another weekly mission payout not paid!! This time I uploaded before and after screen-shots.

Iam happy that i did not complete any more bonus mission.

motivation for bonus changed to demotivation. No more info about that bugs from devs.

Some kind of acknowledgment of the error would be comforting, but nothing, not a peep so far
