My favorite map is embermount because pheonix is my favorite boss fight for sure 100% (real) but unironically i do really like the set bonus and the mask makes you look funni

Wintermire cause I don't have the other dlc to farm coal. 

I like ramparts because there's a cool roof you can go onto and you can build towers on ledges to attack monsters from above.

Striking tree and any newer maps for that matter! The challenge of making low stat builds to try and clear maps is actually fun. Still haven't gotten my ult++ Jade island tho but one day!

Halloween Invasion is my favorite. You have krakens that troll you and a big fiery bird that also trolls you. You also get a nice Moon Staff every once in a while.

My favorite map has always been Ramparts, I loved it as a kid, luckily it has made its way into every other DD game :)
