Everything Gone

I was playing today, just finished a map and got kicked back to the main menu and it flashed "You have not unlocked this difficulty yet" then it had ne start from the training nap, all my heroes gone, inventory gone, 2000 hours of work gone. Has anyone else experienced that? I have reached out to Chromatic via Twitter, Facebook and the help desk I am hopeful that they can recover my save as I just hit 210 on mastery and was pushing to do my AP resets (I had 11 done at this point) I am mad this happen because I want to play but I really don't want to start from scratch again knowing that ill be back on DDA soon
