Advancethecause 5 Posted December 28, 2021 The great thing about having had such a challenging past few years, after being at the bottom of what life has had to offer, we only can go up from here. At least that's what i'm going to keep telling myself until we get through this. russman 64 Posted December 28, 2021 (edited) December is a special time of year for many reasons but one of them is that that's when I first purchased DD1. It was back in December 2012. It has been my favorite game of all time ever since. I played DDE a bit, I played DD2 a bit and I played DDA as well. I liked them all but DD1 was always my favorite. And now we have Redux which has added some really fun elements and new content to DD1 which has been a blast. All the best for 2022! It´s always a blessing to play with everyone and there are a lot of great, funny and interesting people to get to know here. I met some of my best buddies atm. in this game and since I started playing as a child I had a great time playing and never got bored. Thanks to the mods too for always putting in a few events/challenges here and there and to keep the community clean if there ever is to happen a violation of rules. Even if I sadly got covid around Christmas, so I couldn´t really celebrate with my family and won´t be able to do so at new year either, I hope everyone else is having a wonderful time. Your family and friends are the most important people you can have in these hard times and I value every single of you that helped me cure my boredom and mental problems due to covid quarantine (I´m positive everyone that is very special to me knows that I´m talking about them c: ! ). Most ppl I met when I was new are super super nice. They always offer help and tried to give newbie wonderful experience. This game community is the best gaming community I ever had. But if i'm being honest i've had some of the best times this last year on DD. The people i've met since coming back to the game have been pretty great. Shoutout the swamp boys Morden and M4tt for keeping the mindless armor farm interesting developing speed strats.
