I'm glad I decided to come back to DD after 10 years, the community while it may be toxic sometimes it's honestly awesome and incredibly helpful.
Learning to speedrun infested has been the most entertainment i've gotten from a video game in years.

I discovered my appreciation for programming as well, so starting a new career hopefully soon.

Honestly this thread is definitely one of my favourite things of this year: makes me happy to see everyone able to take a step back and be happy and grateful for the good things in their lives. Learning a little more about all of you is nice too. Gonna have to agree with Jaym here and go with the hanging out responsibly with friends IRL as my choice of favourite thing of 2021 overall, this summer was one of the best ones in my life. Taking the little things for granted really makes you forget how blessed you are. Merry Christmas  and Happy Holidays to those who celebrate and good luck everyone.

I think my favorite thing that has happened to me this year is making new friends, i am kinda shy IRL, so it's a bit hard for me to make friends. But this year i have probably made around 15 new friends who i regularly talk to, as well as study + play with.

My favorite thing that happened in 2021 was the redux branch, It breathe new life into the game and made it feel fresh again.

This year I discovered that my nostalgia game is not dead yet (Yes it's DD1)

Even though I got very busy lately and can't play as much DD1 as I used to no life it.......I got to know many new friends.

My favourite thing of this year was probably making the cake for the Escev bakery giveaway, at the beginning I was just interested in participating, but as the cake was taking shape, I felt too excited of see it finished, and once it was finished I really liked, I liked so much that now I don't want to eat it to be honest :'(

Is been quite the year, a lot going on in the world right now, family been apart, friends can see each other for a bit, health workers where called to help on the line of duties with this pandemic but overall I am greatfull that I am still alive and still can enjoy the DD with friends and making new ones is always a plus. hard to name just one.... hopping back on to dungeon defenders after 10 years of playing on xbox made so many new friends through the community on pc all over the world and its insane how much things have changed since the game first released from how toxic people were back in the day. but since i got this puppy in september i havent gotten to play much cause he takes up most of my time. Getting Bear my puppy was probably my favorite thing that happened this year but its a close tie to all the cool friends i have now from dungeon defenders. and i want to thank all you guys for keeping this community going, you guys are the BEST. Plane, Uber, Escev, Thales, Joel, and anyone else i missed out of the ddrng group thats done so much for the community thank you for all your hard work. Merry christmas and happy new years!! <3
